Bread flour

From Shipton Mill delivered this morning.i had bought a bag of this malt flour from Darts farm back in may when we were on holiday.it is lovely to use in my bread machine.i have tried Rye flour but not successful in the bread machine.a few days ago our freezer alarm went off H unplugged and replugged but the the alarm light was still flashing even though the temperature was reading 18.we ordered a new freezer from A O which was delivered today.the driver said our old one still looked like new and we have had it quite a few years.very warm again here today.
