As the sun began to set we were enjoying a quiet pot of tea overlooking Sandy Bay, Exmouth. We were soon joined by a group of Marines undergoing training who then spent the next hour or so wading and crawling in the cold sea with running and exercises ( including press-ups) added for good measure. We spoke to the trainers who provided the quote for this blip. A pot of tea seemed a more welcome option!
