woke up after a fantastic night’s sleep….went for a blood test and did a food shop at Sainsbury, had lunch and had to rest a bit i was very tired, had lunch and popped in at Liddl because they had walnuts as a weekly offer….and when i came home i felt so very tired and had a sore back and burning feet….so been laying with my legs up….
my neighbour popped in as she needed to talk…..
