Spent the morning on the sofa, then along to the supermarket. 

The hospital stilll hadn't been in touch so I phoned them. I got told I was discharged, except no one had told me. No plan, no way forward, nothing. 

I needed to walk and be outside, so walked along to the Botanics where I sat next to these plants and read my book. Check out the pollen attached to the wasp. 
What next, who knows.
