Walk ~ backblip

After another late night a hearty breakfast was called for, cooked, eaten and enjoyed and with coffees we sat outside and browsed the papers. Once energy was restored we set off for a walk in the woods and along part of the Cromford canal, sadly no longer navigable.  Terry and Vernon, seasoned walkers,  came to join us and  as you see they and Mac strode on ahead whilst Mr HB and I took it all at a more leisurely pace, and me taking photos, of course!
 
Back at Mac’s house and after a final look round the garden and the view it was time to leave for home.    It has been a really enjoyable stay with our dear friend and we’ve come away with some of his wonderful garden produce and a couple of very nice plant cuttings too.
