Summer Pudding

Today we've driven to Colsterworth near Grantham in readiness for a family wedding tomorrow. It was rather a tedious journey but we struck lucky this evening with an excellent meal at the Woodhouse Arms in the Lincolnshire village of Corby Glen.
This was our dessert which we shared: a brioche summer pudding with a rhubarb coulis. With the edible floral decoration will this count as an entry for Flower Friday, I wonder?
