Belladrum here we come

Heading to Inverness overnight to stay with my brother and his partner before Belladrum 2020 (delayed) stats tomorrow.

Phin was deposited at doggy daycare as is normal on a Wednesday by 8.30 which gave us time to pack the car for our trip up north. Miss PHL is on dog duty until we get back on Sunday. As we’re staying in a bell tent we’re taking plenty of coats and blankets in case it’s cold at nights - just as well we’ve got our own transport.

Managed to hit the road just after lunchtime and had an easy run up the A9. Stopped at House of Bruar to use the facilities and take a wee peek in the sale shop. Wouldn’t you know, Mr PHL found a bargain full length waterproof coat so he was quite happy.

My nieces were at my brothers house for a wee while and it was lovely to have a quick catch up with them and see wee Jacob who was a little less shy of us (no pics as I forgot).

Paella with extra prawns for dinner and a few glasses of wine and some good catch up chat before heading to bed.
