Rainbow Lorikeet

This was one of two birds that seem to be quite happy to sit and canoodle in the tree near mum's deck.

I used my flash on this shot and it has done something weird to the green feathers.   Still, not much else taken today so this will have to do.

It was a quiet day otherwise at home for mum and me.
