I did consider blip cheating by posting it on Sunday to celebrate the Womens Euro 2022 final. Anyway I thought better of it. I hope the game is exciting and competitive, that England continue playing with flair and score for fun. However the German players are strong and relentless in pursuit of the ball and nullified a skilled, pacy French team in the semis. Come on you Lionesses! Bring it home!

We left a very hot (27) and scorched London, drove for 4.5 hrs, with no major incidents just the traffic slowing often, for 200 miles North to a cooler (21) greener Leeds.
