Breakfast

Most of those who stayed overnight had breakfast together. My grandson and his partner Enya did not join us for breakfast. Instead, they left at about 0500 hours to drive to Heathrow Airport to catch a plane to Chicago, then they have an internal flight to Minneapolis where they will attend another wedding on Saturday. Several of the bridegroom’s friends from school, including Oliver are spending a week in a house by a lake for a holiday.
 
Today’s picture is of Victoria and Jake arriving, with Jake being hugged by his new Mum-in-Law for breakfast. The venue provides a secluded cottage in the grounds for the couple’s first night; they can also have their breakfast at the cottage. Victoria and Jake wanted to share the morning with those staying overnight and were in the dining room very early and before most of the other guests.
 
Victoria is wearing another white dress, which she purchased for her honeymoon in Mexico. Several people thought it was the same as her bridal dress! She was wearing her tiara and I suspect that on their first outing together today she has continued to wear her tiara as well as a jacket with “Just Married” on the back,
 
The temperature at noon today was twenty-three degrees Celsius.
