Beautiful Bushy Park. Thanks to my good friend Stephen who makes sure I get out and about at least twice a week. 
My moving date is Monday 8 August - it is true what they say, moving house is very stressful - but I am nearly there. That is more literal than you think - my new flat is  only 100 metres along the road form where I am now. And, I have a new bike. It is a step thru which is easier to get on and off. I have been on really short rides before dawn - no traffic you see - just to get used to it. I knew that the longer I take to get back on a bike the harder it will be. I am not ready to venture to the park. I will wait until my last check up at the fracture clinic next month. ((:
