Fever

The fever was the most notable symptom of covid for me as my cough didn’t really materialise much and I was fortunate to keep my sense of taste and smell unlike nearly everyone else I’ve met

My temperature got up to 38.5 at it’s worst. What was odd was I’d feel loads better and then suddenly the whole fever thing would start all over again. I’d say I was very poorly for about 3-4 days and then it’s just taken a while of being a bit slower and allowing myself to get my strength back up.

All in all I was unwell for a couple of weeks and I had to take three days of work as I was not well enough to sit and read or think clearly.
