Too wet to climb so we all opted for various walks. I'd wanted to go up Moel Siabod but the cloud was down so it didn't seem worth it. 

Three of us found a walk on the OS app called The Roman Way Walk, or something like that. It started off up a stony track but turned off after a few miles... now the "fun" began with a bit of an obstacle course over and under fallen trees and high, sopping wet bracken. Eventually we got out of the forest and the bracken only to find ourselves having to cover large distances through bog, the best sort of bog with tussocks of grass hiding the water underneath. Eventually our feet were so wet, the water getting into our boots, that we decided that we were as wet as we were going to get, and gave up being careful!
