Water Feature

Found in my neighbour's shed. Can I ever make this work? Worth a try I think. When I tried to pick it up I could hardly lift it. And discovered it was full of water (from before WW2). After I tipped that out it was still super heavy and I had to carry it home (with permission) in a wheelbarrow!
