Cucumber and Apple Chutney

Thank you Cathy for the recipe. I only made half the quantity because the recipe said it would make 5lbs and I only had 2 jars, and only 2 cucumbers but it only made just over 1 small Kilner jar. never mind there will be more cucumbers soon.

Thank you to everyone who sent messages of sympathy on the loss of lovely Molly, She is at rest now in the garden, just under my kitchen window.
I have taken a few days off blip etc to de-stress but have looked at some of your blips. I will catch up later with comments.

Rainy start followed by a dry sunny /cloudy afternoon seems to be the weather pattern these last couple of days.
