Taking a break

The reserve bus driver steps up to the plate this weekend. There are two trips to Loth pier today and another tomorrow afternoon, (or "on the morn" as they up here). A necessity to be able to get to the 'phone promptly means that nothing can be done in the garden today. It's as much as I can do to catch a few rays sitting out on the patio or, as the more observant of you will have noticed, the pallet. Who needs to spend a fortune on decking when you can scavenge and recycle? I apologise for being in the picture but I needed a context. I could have taken a picture of the carrot cake I have just made instead and on reflection I sincerely wish that I had.
