Our treat after rowing

Coffee/tea and a croissant on the terrace of a nearby hotel. Whenever the weather is good and we have time, it's our treat after rowing. We have known the waitress for years and she often brings us coffee/tea without us having to order. 

Rowing this morning was trickier than expected. The weather forecast had almost no wind (only 4 km/h) and in reality it was more, resulting in small waves (size is always relative). When crossing the lake from the Swiss to the German border it was wobbly enough for our skiffs. 

Now back home under the shade of a tree. Unfortunately bad news from the family of my godson. We expected them tomorrow to celebrate the National Day together, but now they have caught Covid and had to cancel it.
