‘A Clean (Pair of) Heel(s)!’

With both grandchildren staying with us, Sunday was Junior parkrun day. 

Both did personal bests over the 2 kilometre course - in the case of my granddaugher, despite having to stop for over a minute to re-tie her shoelaces!  

Her initial reluctance to take part at all was quickly overcome and - by the ‘off’ - she was showing a clean pair of heels!
