Penstemon

In our garden
Got the vegetables in from the garden first thing this morning then as it was fairly cool I went for a walk down to the river.
When I go back after coffee I started watering and that took till almost lunch time.
This afternoon I did some tidying in the garden dead heading and summer pruning.
After that I started preparing pictures for the club exhibition, between times I thought I would see if I could find an insect to Blip but it’s a bit windy and I couldn’t find any so it’s a penstemon.
Been pretty cloudy and we have had a bit of drizzle but it only amounted to 0.5mm ho hum we really want some rain
