Making Paper.
Sue and I made paper today with the grandchildren. I got a simple kit from Amazon that included a Deckle, (wooden fence with a mesh), a mould, (wooden frame), some gauze,  some cotton sheet and pulp mix.

Having prepared the pulp mix with water we added it as per the instructions. I made a simple white sheet of paper. They got creative with flower parts from the garden. 

To finish off we took the wet paper into the workshop and used the heat gun to dry them off a bit. The paper is now drying overnight.

When we come to make our own pulp we will soak shredded paper overnight and then put it through the blender. Now that is going to be fun.
