Power cuts

I’m at the helm again; Linda is on holiday again for another 2 weeks.

Kindly, she’d arranged for us to have a smart meter fitted today, between 8-12, so I had an earlier than usual start.
Amazingly, they arrived at 9am (I’d expected 11.55).
What to do though when the power is off for ‘at least’ an hour??

I cleaned, gift wrapped a couple of toothbrushes and made up some gift bags.

I’m on call now for the weekend, hoping we don’t get the dreaded emergency call :-0
