Off on an adventure

This morning we went down to Leith/Newhaven to look for Giraffes. Check out our project at 'Giraffe about town'. My human loves her little projects. There's 42 big giraffes to be found and then there's 30+ little giraffes to be found. It gives us a focus when we're out on our walks.


Mmmmm.................. we were out for almost 3 hours this morning and normally when I'm out for that length of time, I only get a little 'toileting' walk in the afternoon.


Do you know what happened today?.................. We came home, Ann had lunch and I settled down in my bed for an afternoon snooze................. and then she woke me up again...........................


She said, 'Trixie, let's go to South Queensferry because one of the #GiraffesAboutTown is there. So we jumped on the No. 43 bus and went to South Queensferry and I got photographed beside the Giraffe there and we had a wander about in the sunshine and then we jumped back on the No. 43 bus and came home.


We've had a lovely day out but tbh we're both pretty sleepy now.
