Out!!

Felt a desperate need for a change of scenery, so we got out to a quiet wooded area. Worn out after our little tootle, but worth it for the fresh air and lovely views. 
Asha and I are starting work on a little craft project, so we spent time doing that and chilling. The boys went off to church.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Getting out of the flat. Felt pretty awful by the time we were back, but I'm sure the change did me a lot more good!
2) The Lionesses winning! Asha went mental when she heard the result!
3) Fresh bedding.
