Recharging

A visit to the audiologist for my six month appointment.  My hearing is fine but my tinnitus is not and there’s nothing  they can do for that. These hearing aids are used to hear other noises - my favourite being the heavy rain (!!) or the sound of waves on the seashore. I have to focus on other noises rather than the high pitched ringing noise in my head which I live with continuously. Just have to keep smiling and soldiering on as they say but oh to have  some silence for a change.
