The sun came out the last hour Hard work slippery rocks lots of climbing , trench foot, the best photo of me the last one with a medal I’m so pale. Threw up most of the miles about 1am at a check point the med man forced flat coke down me to get me through it. One of the hardest ultras in England , 50 miles. Here’s the film. Loads of competitors didn’t finish it. Lots of injuries etc
