The Scream

Not the best start to the day. I've not been feeling well, but needed to go to the hospital for a PET scan. The PSMA tracer I was to be injected with turned up an hour late. I then had to wait at least an hour before the scan could be done. So we got home late. In addition, the position I had to have my arms in for over 20 minutes has upset my left elbow, which is now giving me a lot of pain. As I nearly felt like doing this, I'm now taking it easy.
