Celebration Evening

A lovely last evening of camp, with awards given out for those who have been especially kind, helpful, good sports, encouraging etc on camp, as well as awards who have given most of themselves and shown good character throughout the year. Plus the Burgo award (a wooden spoon carved by Andy Gamston for the person who eats and appreciates the burgo most throughout the week… possibly the most bizarre but also most coveted award! Incidentally the boys main award for the boy Who’s contributed most throughout the year only had one space left and so they have begun a new award - the Andy Gamston award for maximum effort. So we had the last boy winning the Beechy award as well as the first winning the Andy Gamston one.

Some extras of the decorated marquee, Allegra with her god-parents and Allegra with her best friend from camp - a girl who took Allegra under her wing in such a lovely way!
