The roses I mean, (they are roses aren't they?)

Day off for BC Day. After doing all the stuff on my list during the week, I had nowt f'do. 
We went looking for paint to complete the repair we had to cut in the ceiling to fix the water leak and the first coat is on.. Whether it will dry to be the right shade/hue remains to be seen. We can but hope.
Temps fell a bit today, around the 30 mark and some cooler weather is forecast , maybe some rain later in the week. As long as it's "some rain" and then gets back to sunny and hot I'll be quite happy.

Ah well...
