Birmingham International Station

Another volunteering day and a later start allowed me to use public transport. Despite the goal of the organising committee to be as sustainable as possible, it isn’t always that easy to implement.  For much of my time I have been unable to make use of the free public transport available for volunteers.  Having to cross the city takes over an hour, if all goes well, but transport options for me only started half an hour before the start of shift.

Hopefully I can continue to use the train for my remaining shifts.
