Busy bee

This bee and its companions were going nuts over the bromeliad this morning. Note the bounty of yellow pollen.

The garden wildlife seems to be returning or waking up, with signs of spring about, including warmer sunny days. Makes for a change from the soddeness. In addition to the bees, the praying mantis remains on the same rubber tree, still and silent, waiting to pounce, or better still, to mate. Signs of a healthy garden. Thanks M.
