Trying to master the doggie paddle ....

...... and it was one very noisy bit of swimming.
Hollie, my collie, used to snort when swimming back to the sand after retrieving her floating ring or ball.
This black lab wasn't retrieving anything he was just working on his swimming technique.

A very warm and windy morning and with a threat of rain plenty of folk were carrying umbrellas just in case.

My friend and I are off to Oban tomorrow to enjoy a week on Scotland's west coast. Forecast doesn't look too bad but I will take a waterproof jacket just in case.
