... at the Market Cross in Chichester where the clock actually does tell the correct time. This beautiful and well-loved 16th century structure is a perfect meeting place where one can sit and watch the world go by.  It marks the central point of the city which, apart from a few buses, is more or less traffic free.  It was a bit drizzly today, no real rain, and pleasantly cool for shopping.
