Small Boys and Streams

I went to Parke today. It's a country park and historic estate run by the National Trust. This is the weir on the River Bovey. The water level is quite low of course and the small boy will probably have it dammed or diverted in no time at all. Jealous? Of course I am.

It's been a bit cloudy and a little cooler today and although I sensed some spits of rain during the day, I don't think we'll get anything worth having.
