Rare Earths

Lynne treated Rob and I to a visit to Farfield Mill, with lunch in their cafe. A real treat!
There are a couple of exhibitions on at the moment, this fabric piece by Janine Ayers is inspired by the salt lakes of Chile at sunrise and has a real feeling of movement and I love the colours.
We also talked to a weaver making Gneiss Rugs. He does workshops where you leave with your own rug….. mmmm!
