1957 GMC Pick-up Truck

I've caught sight of this pick-up truck before in town, but never had the chance to get a snapshot.
Today was my chance as it seemed to be parked near the intersection as I waited for traffic.
Sadly, I noticed that the driver was connecting a tow strap to it.
I hope the problem is a minor issue.
