Peaches and Cream

That's what these beautiful roses make me think of. From afar, they look white, but close-up, the soft peachy centre is there to delight us. They're perfumed too. A photo taken early this morning around 6.30 am in the park. I got sprayed by the watering system a few times and it felt wonderfully refreshing.

Today is hotter than yesterday and I have no energy at all - just flopping around in a loose dress and reclining in front of one or other of the ventilators moving hot air around!

Tomorrow is supposed to be the hottest day of the week.
