Scenic run

My arm still hurts a lot but I managed to run 7 miles… I have to run whilst I’m here , I have been looking forward to it for a long time.

It was very hot so think I will head out earlier tomorrow. A rest by the pool followed by a shopping trip with my son which was really lovely. I also managed a bit of writing for my next book which is exciting.

Tonight will be dinner in a lovely restaurant wearing a new dress I bought today. Embracing being with my family, being away from work and having some much needed rest x
