Mushrooms

I found this fab little colony of mushrooms on the side of log in the woods…. So I did a 15 shot focus stack!!

My alternative blip was going to be a little water cascade in the beck - added in extras. The slight brown discolouration in the water is due to sediment washed into the beck from a huge burst water main, which has closed the main road through the village. There is currently an enormous hole in the road, which will take a few days to fill in and cover (apparently). It is only a couple of years since all the mains around the village were replaced ‘to provide continued service into the future’….that worked well then.

Managed to cut the grass this morning - first time for weeks!!
