Green Bottle

I spent ages trying to catch bees in flight with various settings but I seem to be getting worse!  :)

The digger wasp was back today and it brought a friend. They didn’t stay long so no chance to snap them!

Physio at midday and she made me do some exercises while I was there which helped quite a bit... but sitting at my desk this afternoon made it worse again.  But I see light at the end of the tunnel!  Fingers crossed!
