Wet chocolate cosmos

After a bit of admin, I thought I could resume my fence painting challenge.  I was getting on reasonably well when rain started to fall.  It was soft rain so I just carried on - it is a first coat after all.  Then the rain started to get a bit heavier and it was daft to continue.  I am beginning to think it may not be finished this summer.  At least the rain left the chocolate cosmos with a nice, shiny sheen.
