Hospital procedure went well. Guess what though I was still in the theatre when another emergency came in. I was speeded out back to the assessment room in a wheelchair to re-dress and have Obs done. I got through it literally in the nick of time. My goodness that was close.

The Dr doing the needlework was brilliant and he had the same name as my Son.

I feel so much for the staff on that department, the stress they are under must be so hard to bear. It is not considered an emergency department? In my personal opinion from this experience I completely disagree. Boris should once again have been in my hospital gown today. Not an emergency department my foot, or should I say my crutch!

Im extremely grateful to be home, sore but home. Phew.

Now to keep a pain diary for 7 days. And rest, relax, no lifting etc.
