Work is dragging me down, I felt so sickened and low this morning it was a struggle to bear talking to my supervisor. I felt so grumpy with some of the age old frustrations of the system we operate in it was difficult not to give up in tears and go to bed.

But it’s not just work though... just that awful bleagh ...
