Active Alentejanos

Our day to prayer walk into and around Mourão, ending with a tuna toastie at Morango Bar. 

As we walked out, Rodrigo, aka Vizinho (Neighbour), called me over and ordered me (as he does) to take a photo of him and the two guys he was with. Don't really know the one looking at his phone, but the other two will have already done a hard day's work in the hot sun; I'd met Rodrigo putting out hay for his sheep as I walked past his neighbouring land.

Gratefuls:
- Dan and Mireille coming for dinner tonight (new American/Belgian couple)
- temperature only up to 37C today, the heat just goes on and on, so a slight reduction is good, especially for sleeping at night
- good news from Ibiza, at last
