Over the Back Fence

I had some grand idea of taking a shot a day of this construction project, but life got in the way. Framing began a few days ago, and it seems to be moving pretty fast. The crew is amazingly well-behaved and respectful of the neighborhood. As you can see, houses are fairly close together, but we are absolutely blessed with a very quiet environment. There is a creek between the fence and the house--in the photo there's a piece of plywood and some black plastic sheeting to cover it up. I'm still puzzled that they were allowed to build so close to a waterway.
