A sunrise of large and garish proportions this morning.  We were up and watching the evening sessions at the Commonwealth Games, me keeping an eye on the sunrise too.  This is pre sunrise and like a few days ago I've had another crack at the Adamski Effect.  (the link is at my first attemp if anyone should wish to give it a crack).

We walked this morning, very chilly it was too, but this afternoon it warmed up nicely and tonight, for the first time since we returned from Townsville we haven't got the fire going.

An awesome day (again) for our athelics at the Games, brilliant stuff.....10 medals today, so proud to be a kiwi and little old New Zealand are lying 4th on the medal count.
