Fireworks

When you come to Disney you have to take in at least one of the many fireworks displays they put on. We decided the best option would be to go to Epcot for the 'Reflections of Earth' show.

We had a few glasses on wine in the Rose & Crown then watched the display from the bridge leading to Paris. From there it was just a short walk to the Boardwalk where we planned to have dinner.

We didn't have any firm plans but found this amazing fish restaurant called 'Flying Fish'. Nat had the scallop risotto and I had the red snapper, both were delicious.
