Raven...

So apparently if the ravens leave the Tower of London, the kingdom will fall.  The solution.... Lock and cage a number of the ravens within the grounds. 

I'm sure there's a very close metaphor there...

Some of the ravens are surprising placid and these ones just say on the bench and let people sit beside them and take photos.
