Boating

I needed to make a purchase at a garden centre so we went down the valley in the afternoon.  We were not there for long and drove back to Strathaven and had a walk in the park there, after having a coffee. 

The boating pond was busy and we enjoyed watching the very courteous and willing boy manning the boats giving two wee girls a lesson on how to use the oars, before setting them off.  

It was sunny but occasionally a wee bit of drizzle..... although we missed that!

Have been watching 'Virgin River' on Netflix, and have got a bit addicted, so hope to watch another episode (at least) tonight if the HG agrees.
