Anns a' choille

Although I have been a lot of walking it feels like quite a while since I did an actual "walk" in Pitlochry and so this morning I decided to head over to Loch Dunmore in the Faskally Woods.  I set off at a brisk pace and was pleased to be to maintain it. 

The loch was looking rather green as it was covered in lily pads. 

This afternoon I returned to my family tree - exploring the lives of my great great grandmother and her family in Ellenabeich on Seil Island.
