Tenancy agreement signed, money transferred… it’s theirs from tomorrow!

I’m going to Spain first thing in the morning until Sunday for work and Erin is working tomorrow too. Zebedee has kindly offered to go with Gulliver to pick up the keys and have a look round the area and assess what they need et cetera.

Erin shed a few tears, Gulliver seems okay LOL, I think I did all my crying last week, at least they’re not going too far, just the other side of London, only two trains away. I think it’ll take them awhile to move in anyway.

Erin started making a grocery list.

Sigh….

This is the photo they sent me once it was all a done deal. They are now watching TV and having popcorn and wine :-)
